3. Quotations & Scope of Work
\u2022 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
\u2022 Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope of work changes.
\u2022 Unless stated as a fixed price, all quotations are estimates.
\u2022 Any additional or unforeseen work will be discussed and charged separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Payments
\u2022 Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
\u2022 A deposit may be required prior to starting work.
\u2022 Final payment is due on completion of the agreed works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations & Delays
\u2022 We require a minimum of 48 hours\u2019 notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
\u2022 Late cancellations may be charged to cover time, materials, or lost work.
\u2022 We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, illness, supplier delays, access issues, or circumstances beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Customer Responsibilities
\u2022 The customer must provide clear, safe, and reasonable access to the property.
\u2022 Any known issues (including structural problems, damp, plumbing, electrical faults, or asbestos) must be disclosed before work starts.
\u2022 We are not responsible for delays or defects caused by undisclosed issues or the actions of other trades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Materials
\u2022 Materials supplied by us remain our property until paid for in full.
\u2022 We are not responsible for the quality, suitability, or failure of materials supplied by the customer.

8. Workmanship & Guarantees
\u2022 All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
\u2022 Any issues relating to workmanship must be reported within a reasonable time after completion.
\u2022 Guarantees apply to workmanship only and do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or manufacturer defects.
\u2022 Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
