6. Customer Responsibilities
• The customer must provide clear, safe, and reasonable access to the property.
• Any known issues (including structural problems, damp, plumbing, electrical faults, or asbestos) must be disclosed before work starts.
• We are not responsible for delays or defects caused by undisclosed issues or the actions of other trades.

• Materials supplied by us remain our property until paid for in full.
• We are not responsible for the quality, suitability, or failure of materials supplied by the customer.
• Any delays caused by customer-supplied materials are not our responsibility.

8. Workmanship & Guarantees
• All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
• Any issues relating to workmanship must be reported within a reasonable time after completion.
• Guarantees apply to workmanship only and do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or manufacturer defects.
